My Journey from Accomplishment to Impact

As a current President with 35 years in business and 25 years as an owner and current President, I’ve learned what it takes to build a successful company. I also know that it’s possible to lead with fierce drive and still maintain a deep and authentic work-life balance.
For me, the most profound lessons on what it means to lead a significant life were not born from a place of burnout, but from a quiet voice asking: "What legacy am I truly building?" The answer didn’t come from a boardroom, but from the stillness of the Ponderosa Pine forest in Northern Arizona. It was there I realized that a life well-lived is not just about the bottom line, but about the depth of our purpose and the integrity of our impact.

After years of conforming to societal beauty standards, I've chosen to embrace my natural self. Since 2020 I've been makeup-free and hair-dye-free, making the deliberate choice to grow older gracefully and authentically. My journey is rooted in the belief that my value and worth are not defined by my appearance. This shift has been incredibly liberating, allowing me to focus on what truly matters and live a life that feels honest and true to me.
I’ve been happily married to my best friend for 21 years and am a proud mother to three incredible children and a granny to three deaf grandchildren. My family is a constant source of joy and a reminder of what truly matters. It also deepened my commitment to advocacy, which led me to currently serving as a Commissioner for the Nevada Commission for Persons Who Are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or Speech Impaired. This work enriches my understanding of connection and communication, principles that are woven into my stewardship approach.
This realization led me to a new chapter: guiding other high-achieving leaders on the journey from accomplishment to impact. I believe your unique experience is your greatest asset, and your next purpose is waiting to be uncovered.
Beyond my work and family, I find my greatest joy and perspective in the outdoors. In my free time,  you can find me exploring my passions, which include:

*Spending time with loved ones at our family  cabin in Northern Arizona.
* Exploring the sand dunes with my off-road community.
* Hiking new trails.
* Engaging in woodworking.
* And simply enjoying anything outdoors.
